Learn what every human resources professional, employee relations practitioner, and people manager needs to know about workplace compliance.
Workplace compliance is a complex but critical part of the employer-employee relationship, where the consequences of “getting it wrong” can be significant. For most employers, workplace-related liability isn’t the result of intentional violations of workplace rules, but rather a lack of understanding about what these rules require and how they apply to today’s workplace.
Taught by practicing labor and employment attorneys and policy analysts on CWC’s expert faculty, our Introduction to Workplace Compliance course provides the tools you need to quickly spot compliance issues and effectively prevent and address the most common workplace compliance liabilities and risks.
NOTE: Participants must complete a 1-hour online orientation module in advance of attending the classroom portion of this course.
