Case Study: Strategizing for Biosolids Management in Arizona(2000)

Summary:

A small composting facility explored partnerships with various regional partners to take over management and marketing of the Class A biosolids generated by the City of Nogales wastewater treatment plant. Significant efforts were exerted to partner with the City, the treatment plant, and other regulatory bodies. Additionally, a market study for composted biosolids to two large mining companies for use in land reclamation was completed.
