Testing of a Hydroseed Mix Containing Compost and Mixed Waste Paper (1999)

Summary:

Recycled newsprint and mixed waste paper were combined with compost to provide a base media for a hydroseeding product. Compost is a unique additive in a hydroseeding product. This product was tested on disturbed land, residential landscaping, and in a simulated rainfall experiment on varying slopes to assess erosion control capabilities.
