Paid Leave Mandates and COVID-19 Web Workshop

Congress passed legislation in March 2020 establishing two new federal leave mandates related to the coronavirus outbreak. Some state and local jurisdictions already had laws that required leave for pandemic outbreaks and others are adopting more.
