CWC LaborForce 2010
CWC is pleased to offer CWC LaborForce 2010 a powerful software product for accessing and analyzing the "2010 Special EEO File."

The 2010 Special EEO File was published by the Census Bureau at the end of 2012. In June 2013, the Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) announced that all affirmative action program (AAP) availability estimates must use the new 2010 Special EEO File for AAPs on or after January 1, 2014. AAPs with effective dates prior to January 1, 2014 can use either the new 2010 Special EEO File or the prior 2000 Special EEO File.*

CWC LaborForce 2010 is available now.

Modeled after its highly successful predecessor (LaborForce 2000), CWC LaborForce 2010 allows users to access, analyze, export, and print the detailed statistics necessary for affirmative action planning, such as the race/ethnicity and gender headcount and percentage figures for hundreds of Census Occupations by geographic area. The software also features many of the same powerful utilities as its predecessor, allowing users to:

  • generate detailed reports on the race/ethnicity and gender diversity of 488 Census Occupations by geographic area, including places, counties, county sets, metropolitan areas, states, and the United States;
  • combine Census Occupations and geographic areas to create custom occupational groupings and recruitment areas, including by assigning user-defined weights;
  • choose between "residence" data sets and "worksite" data sets, with the latter including commuting patterns;
  • retrieve and analyze "cross-tabulated" data, breaking down occupational figures by Census Industry group, level of educational attainment, earnings bracket, and age;
  • print and export results to formats compatible with popular database and spreadsheet software; and
  • by using the software’s powerful "lookup" features, find the corresponding Census Occupation for tens of thousands of job titles, the corresponding Census Industry for thousands of industry types, and the corresponding geographic area for any U.S. city, town, or Zip Code.
