This course equips HR leaders, compliance officers, and legal professionals with the knowledge and tools to manage civil rights compliance in a rapidly shifting legal environment. Participants will explore the foundational requirements of federal EEO laws, understand the sweeping changes introduced by Executive Order 14173, and learn how to navigate the complex patchwork of state and local affirmative action mandates.

Through expert-led sessions, attendees will gain practical insights into how to develop a smart civil rights compliance management program for identifying, assessing, and mitigating enterprise risk.

Course structure

This course is offered in Microsoft Teams virtual sessions in a single week. Participants will attend live web sessions with the facilitators, generally at 11:00 a.m. ET and 3:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday. Web sessions are 60 to 90 minutes long. Participants’ daily time commitment is about 2 to 3 hours a day.
