Michigan's Oakland County Requires Employers to Screen Employees Daily

The Health Division of Oakland County, Michigan, has issued an emergency order, effective at noon on March 25, 2020, that requires employers remaining open to conduct health screens of employees daily. Among other things, employers are required to check for fever and, if a touchless thermometer is available,the order strongly recommends preforming a temperature check in lieu of verbal confirmation.
