On May 28, 2021, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission updated its COVID-19 technical assistance guidance for employers. Of particular note, the new guidance addresses the extent to which employers may require employees entering the worksite to be vaccinated and the extent to which employers may offer incentives for employees to become vaccinated.
