Covered Minnesota state contractors must obtain a Workforce Certificate every four years from the Minnesota Department of Human Rights (MDHR). To maintain the Workforce Certificate, covered contractors also must submit an Annual Compliance Report to MDHR.
Minnesota recently updated the procedure for submitting the Annual Compliance Report. Previously, contractors submitted the report via email or postal mail. Effective immediately, contractors will submit the report online.
This web submission format is designed only for the Annual Compliance Report. State contractors submitting applications for the Workforce Certificate or the separate Equal Pay Certificate must continue to email MDHR their materials.
