Our Federal Poster Requirements Checklist is an easy-to-use resource for tracking and managing compliance with workplace poster requirements under federal law. The checklist provides quick references for each poster requirement, a description and link to the poster (if applicable), and an area for noting for any follow-up that might be needed to ensure compliance. The document also includes a separate summary section that provides short descriptions of each law's coverage, mandated poster, location and format requirements (if any), penalties for failure to post (if any), and legal citations to the relevant statutory and regulatory provisions.
