This rigorous, immersion-style course consolidates and combines all of CWC’s “core curriculum” offerings and provides a solid foundation for HR professionals to effectively manage workplace requirements and risks.
This five-day program delivers practical, down-to-earth explanations of dozens of federal labor and employment laws and requirements, including those addressing discrimination and harassment, affirmative action and contract compliance, minimum wage and overtime, employment verification and immigration, employee and management labor rights, and much more. The course also covers the latest developments at the state and local levels and provides practical tools to help you stay on top of evolving workplace compliance requirements.
Attendees who successfully complete the course will receive CWC’s Workplace Compliance Professional Certificate at the conclusion of the program.
