This online and on-demand course delivers a straightforward explanation of equal employment opportunity and affirmative action requirements for the organization, for managers and supervisors, and for the people they manage. It's designed to fulfill all training requirements established by OFCCP's veteran and disability rules, which mandate that "All personnel involved in the recruitment, screening, selection, promotion, disciplinary, and other processes shall be trained to ensure that the commitments in the contractor's affirmative action program are implemented."  

Individual access to the course is just $29.00 for CWC member employees and $59.00 for non-member employees. Need to train hundreds or even thousands of employees? CWC members may purchase an enterprise license for an unlimited number of employees to take the course hosted on your learning management system for $15,000.00 ($10,000 for member organizations with 3,000 employees or fewer). Non-member organizations may purchase a 2-year license for an unlimited number of employees to take the course hosted on your learning management system for $25,000.00 ($20,000 for non-member organizations with 3,000 employees or fewer). As an added membership benefit, CWC members pay no recurring licensing fees for as long as they remain members.
