This intensive, one-day program covers the most important ground rules of the employer-employee relationship, focusing on the workplace compliance requirements that present the greatest risk to employers. From affirmative action to wage and hour, and almost everything in between, this survey course taught by practicing labor and employment attorneys and policy analysts provides the information and tools you’ll need to quickly spot potential compliance issues and effectively minimize your risks of noncompliance.

NOTE: Participants must complete a 1-hour online orientation module in advance of attending the classroom portion of this course.
