Taught by experienced practitioners who have managed and advised on hundreds of OFCCP compliance evaluations, this course examines the key elements necessary for a successful audit outcome, including preparation, timeliness, completeness, candor, and good-faith collaboration. From desk audit preparation through resolution of alleged violations, participants will learn practical strategies and tactics for demonstrating compliance with all OFCCP-enforced requirements.
