Learn real-world strategies and tactics for successfully managing each stage of an OFCCP audit.
Taught by experienced practitioners who have managed or directed hundreds of audits by the Labor Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), this course explores the key attributes of a successful OFCCP audit process, including preparation, timeliness, completeness, candor, and good-faith collaboration. From desk audit preparation through resolution of alleged violations, participants will learn practical strategies and tactics for demonstrating compliance with OFCCP-enforced requirements.
All participants receive resources to help in managing OFCCP audits, and CWC members gain access to even more tools, templates, checklists, and guides as part of their members-only benefits.
