President Trump Rescinds E.O. 11246

President Trump has rescinded Executive Order 11246 and ordered the OFCCP to cease holding federal contractors responsible for taking affirmative action. In this roundtable, we’ll discuss the implications of the rescission and what we know so far about this Administration’s plans to enforce civil rights laws and eradicate discriminatory DEI practices.
