Personnel Processes Review Checklist

A template to document AAP audit and reporting efforts

This template in a checklist format will help prepare contractors for a response to Paragraph 21 of the itemized listing that accompanies a scheduling letter from the Labor Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).

Our Template for Review and Assessment of Personnel Practices provides a general description of the review, followed by an overall assessment and a suggested list of common personnel processes to review.

Our checklist provides:

  • A proactive approach to meeting OFCCP’s expectation of deeper detail in the review of personnel processes, specifically hiring, promotion and training opportunities
  • A template to pull all of the items required from Paragraph 21 together in one place and prove that each one was reviewed and verified.
