What Do New Race/ Ethnicity Standards Mean for Employers?
The standards for federal collection of race and ethnicity data have been changed for the first time in more than 25 years. The new standards, which will significantly impact workplace compliance obligations, will include a new category for Middle Eastern or North African individuals and require agencies to use disaggregated race and ethnicity categories where possible, among other things. In this session, we’ll walk through the revised standards, how they may be implemented, and the potential impact on employer compliance programs.
